South 40 4H

    Open to kids ages 8-18, family members are more than welcome to come as well! You do not need to own your own horse or have even ridden before, 4h is for anyone interested in learning more about horsemanship from beginner to advanced.

4H Teaches Kids Lessons Such As:

·        Identifying parts of the horse and tack

·        Learning about all different disciplines of riding

·        Identifying different hay, grain, and pasture grasses

·        Horse Judging

·        Field Trips to horse shows and events

Benefits of 4H Include:

·        Better Understanding of Horsemanship

Most of all, we just like to have fun and share our love of horses.
